I am doing this training because I am a passionate early childhood teacher and nutrition is one of the challenges most of my students and family face. One of your workshop has helped me to support my families and your books are phenomenal. As an Educator I have to learn about things that will help make things easier for my students and families. Your workshop is well worth it. THANK YOU AGAIN
I’ve been reading food labels for almost 2 years, trying to get the exact, not so regular, easy to get recipe for my baby. It wasn't like she was a picky eater, but in her own case, she has refused to eat. All because we had a challenge when I gave birth to her. I wasn't eating, she wasn't as well. For good 11 months, it affected her badly, I lost my mum 4 days after I put to bed. At 2 year and 3 months, I decided to take her to a daycare, she wasn't walking, not talking and the colour and thickness of her hair was disturbing. She looked so fragile. I met Hidayah and we got talking. I decided to give her meal plan a try. In summary my baby's hair is looking better. She has variety to select from, she keeps eating different meal with different taste. Even the older ones love the meal. She can now walk(😁👍) The meal plan did the magic of turning my baby from a non eating baby to someone who can now eat conveniently by herself.
Eating “healthy” has been a longtime goal of mine; eating “real” has come in more recently. I have a family that includes 3kids under the age of 8. Getting a healthy meal on the table is always a goal, albeit not always an easy one. So after seeing her meal planning services, I decided to try it out. If you’ve ever been curious about meal plans or wondered which one may work for you, I’m hopeful that her meal plan would be of great help.
